Sometimes you may notice that the message pane in your outlook does not look like it normally does. To reset this view:

1. Close Outlook

2. Press Win+R (The windows key is the key between ctrl and alt on the bottom left corner of your keyboard.)

3. Type outlook.exe /cleanviews

4. Press enter

After this, outlook should open and your message view should be restored to its default state.
