Refreshing your Global VPN Connection

Sometimes the VPN connection needs to be refreshed. Symptoms include, but are not limited to, losing access to MUTHR, inability to load web pages, and Microsoft Teams showing offline. Follow the steps below to refresh your connection in the event these symptoms occur.

 

1) Click on the Global VPN icon in your lower right-hand task bar. It's the green globe with the checkmark on it.

 

 

2) Click on the three horizontal bars in the upper right-hand corner and click on "Refresh Connection".

 

 

3) Wait about 30 seconds and you'll be all set
