At the bottom right of your screen there should be an Up Arrow near the date and time. Click that and it will open the hidden menu.

There should be a globe icon in this menu. If it is grey you are not connected to the VPN, if it is blue you are.

You can also click on the globe to double check your connection and refresh it if you need to. To refresh click the three lines at the top and choose the option to refresh connection.

If it does not automatically connect and asks you to sign in, you will use the same username and password you use to sign into your laptop.

Please remember that usernames are typically just your first initial and last name. They will not be your full email address.
