How to use Outlook Webmail (OWA)

Outlook webmail, otherwise known as OWA (Outlook Web Access), is where you will be able to take care of all your email, calendaring, and contact needs. Follow these instructions to access your account:

 

  1. Open a web browser and go to office.com

  2. Enter your username and password and login

 

You will see something similar to the following. This is where your Office applications are and clicking on the icons will launch that application.

 


To open another mailbox you have permission to:

1) Click on the upper right-hand circle containing your initials and click on the option that's highlighted below.

 

 

2) Start typing the name of the mailbox.


 

You can also click on the App Launcher (highlighted in yellow below) to see a more descriptive version of the apps:
